iWalk gives you one hour of outdoor time where we can walk and talk.
We know that getting outside is amazingly therapeutic and can help us to rebalance, recharge our batteries and to process our thoughts. If you’re prone to stress and anxiety, getting outside is crucial and will fuel you up for the rest of your day, not only that but getting our bodies moving is particularly important. The mind/body connection is enormous.
Recent studies have shown that just 1 hour outdoors increases our wellbeing for up to 8-9 hours.
If you would benefit from talk time and would like to combine it with a walk, then this could be for you. Some of us process our emotions better when we are moving, so why not consider this as an option.
