Journaling is powerful, it helps to externalise emotions and feelings in a safe and controlled way.
It was something I started naturally when younger, and to this day journaling is something I do daily.
Getting into a daily practice of journaling has helped many of my clients, often unexpectedly! There is lots of evidence that supports journaling as part of a self-care and wellbeing routine.
